For large water treatment equipment, shipping samples is not practical, but we provide detailed product test reports, operation videos, factory inspection videos, and real project case documentation. Customers are also welcome to visit our factory for on-site inspection, and we can arrange pick-up service from nearby airports or train stations.

Lead time depends on the equipment type, configuration complexity, and production schedule. Standard equipment usually has a shorter production cycle, while customized systems require additional time for engineering design and manufacturing. What is the warranty period of your equipment?
All our water treatment equipment comes with a 12-month warranty starting from the delivery date. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged spare parts caused by non-human factors. We also provide long-term technical support and spare parts supply after the warranty period to ensure stable equipment operation throughout its service life.
Can you offer after-sales technical support and training for our team?
Yes. We provide complete after-sales technical support, including equipment installation guidance, commissioning assistance, operation manuals, maintenance instructions, and troubleshooting support.
