1.Integrated Sludge Hopper & Scum Removal Device: Anti-clogging for Hassle-free Operation

The core advantage lies in its integrated sludge hopper and scum removal structure. The scum removal assembly provides full coverage of the sludge hopper, continuously clearing settled sludge to fundamentally prevent sludge accumulation and clogging at the bottom. It eliminates the need for frequent manual cleaning, thus reducing operation and maintenance intensity as well as the risk of equipment failure.

Can you provide free samples?
For small accessories and standard components, we can provide free samples, with freight cost covered by the customer. For large water treatment equipment, shipping samples is not practical, but we provide detailed product test reports, operation videos, factory inspection videos, and real project case documentation. Customers are also welcome to visit our factory for on-site inspection, and we can arrange pick-up service from nearby airports or train stations.

Lead time depends on the equipment type, configuration complexity, and production schedule. Standard equipment usually has a shorter production cycle, while customized systems require additional time for engineering design and manufacturing. After confirming technical specifications and order details, we will provide a clear production timeline and delivery schedule to ensure project planning reliability.

What is the warranty period of your equipment?
All our water treatment equipment comes with a 12-month warranty starting from the delivery date. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged spare parts caused by non-human factors. We also provide long-term technical support and spare parts supply after the warranty period to ensure stable equipment operation throughout its service life.

Can you offer after-sales technical support and training for our team?
Yes. We provide complete after-sales technical support, including equipment installation guidance, commissioning assistance, operation manuals, maintenance instructions, and troubleshooting support.
