A deep filter bed is constructed with graded quartz sand (or anthracite + quartz sand multi-media), featuring large dirt-holding capacity. It can precisely remove 10–20 micron particulate impurities, ensuring stable and reliable effluent quality.

3.Automatic Operation & Easy Maintenance

Equipped with a full-automatic PLC control system and pneumatic/electric valves, it supports intelligent backwashing triggered by pressure difference or timing schedules. This greatly reduces manual intervention and extends the service life of filter media simultaneously.

4.Durable & Corrosion-Resistant

Carbon steel tanks are treated with anti-corrosion coating, or high-strength FRP is adopted as the tank material. The unit enables long-term stable operation in complex water quality environments with no leakage risks.

1.Reverse Osmosis (RO) Pre-treatment

Provides front-end protection for reverse osmosis membrane systems and prevents membrane fouling and clogging.

2.Industrial Process Water Treatment

Applicable to circulating cooling water and boiler feedwater treatment in industries such as steel, chemical engineering and textiles, as well as pre-treatment for industrial wastewater reuse.

3.Municipal & Drinking Water Purification

Used in rural drinking water projects and surface water (river and lake) treatment for small-scale water supply plants, removing turbidity and suspended solids to improve drinking water safety.

Can you customize the equipment according to our requirements?
Yes, customization is one of our core capabilities. We can design equipment according to your processing capacity (for example 10m³/h, 50m³/h or larger systems), water quality conditions, installation space, material requirements, and automation level. To ensure accurate design, we usually need water quality analysis reports, required treatment capacity, and site layout drawings. Our engineering team will then provide technical solutions and drawings for confirmation.

Can you provide free samples?
For small accessories and standard components, we can provide free samples, with freight cost covered by the customer. For large water treatment equipment, shipping samples is not practical, but we provide detailed product test reports, operation videos, factory inspection videos, and real project case documentation. Customers are also welcome to visit our factory for on-site inspection, and we can arrange pick-up service from nearby airports or train stations.

What’s your lead time for standard and customized orders?
Lead time depends on the equipment type, configuration complexity, and production schedule. Standard equipment usually has a shorter production cycle, while customized systems require additional time for engineering design and manufacturing. After confirming technical specifications and order details, we will provide a clear production timeline and delivery schedule to ensure project planning reliability.

What is the warranty period of your equipment?
All our water treatment equipment comes with a 12-month warranty starting from the delivery date. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged spare parts caused by non-human factors. We also provide long-term technical support and spare parts supply after the warranty period to ensure stable equipment operation throughout its service life.

Can you offer after-sales technical support and training for our team?
Yes. We provide complete after-sales technical support, including equipment installation guidance, commissioning assistance, operation manuals, maintenance instructions, and troubleshooting support. We can also provide customized training for customer operators either online or on-site depending on project needs. Our goal is to ensure your team can operate the equipment safely and efficiently.
