Customers are also welcome to visit our factory for on-site inspection, and we can arrange pick-up service from nearby airports or train stations.

Lead time depends on the equipment type, configuration complexity, and production schedule. Standard equipment usually has a shorter production cycle, while customized systems require additional time for engineering design and manufacturing. After confirming technical specifications and order details, we will provide a clear production timeline and delivery schedule to ensure project planning reliability.
What is the warranty period of your equipment?
All our water treatment equipment comes with a 12-month warranty starting from the delivery date. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged spare parts caused by non-human factors. We also provide long-term technical support and spare parts supply after the warranty period to ensure stable equipment operation throughout its service life.
