Main Process:
Edge grinding water recycling treatment system: Two-stage sedimentation + dissolved air flotation;
Cleaning water recycling treatment system: Pre-sedimentation + submerged ultrafiltration

Effluent Requirements:
Edge grinding water effluent: SS ≤ 10 mg/L, Turbidity ≤ 5 NTU, pH: 6.5–8.5
Cleaning water effluent: Turbidity ≤ 1 NTU
